FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Everything B2B buyers ask before ordering custom acrylic display systems.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Display accessories have a low barrier: 1 sample set, 30–50 sets for small batches, and 100+ for mass production. Final MOQ is confirmed per product after we review your design.
Can you make samples? How fast?
Yes. We produce standard samples and customer-artwork samples, typically within 7–14 days, with a fast revision loop until you approve.
What is your production lead time?
Lead time depends on quantity and complexity. Small batches are usually faster; we confirm a committed date before you place the order and track against it.
What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?
PSD, AI and PNG are preferred. For multi-layer dioramas, we also do a layered breakdown and cut-line engineering as part of the service.
Do you require IP authorization?
We never print third-party IP images without authorization. You warrant that you hold the rights to any artwork you submit; we can sign an NDA and keep files confidential.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, NDA is standard practice. Your artwork, buyer list and project details remain confidential.
What materials do you use?
Acrylic is the primary material (cutting, UV printing, silk-screen, lamination, polishing). Non-acrylic parts are used only where functionally necessary, such as soft pin-insert layers or connection clips.
What are your payment terms?
Terms are confirmed per order. For new projects we typically require a deposit before production and the balance before shipment.
